Role Summary:

Manages day-to-day store functions, including stock movements, picking, and general warehouse organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick stock for customer orders and dispatch.

• Replenish shelves and support stock movements.

• Assist in cycle counts and bin checks.

• Maintain order and cleanliness in store.

• Support documentation of movements.

Essential Requirements:

• Inventory or warehouse experience.

• Ability to follow instructions and processes.

• Physical fitness for lifting and movement.

Beneficial Requirements:

• Basic system or scanner literacy.

• Forklift or pallet jack exposure.

Work Environment & Compensation:

• Location: Regional Office.

• Travel Requirements: None.

• Working Hours: Warehouse hours.

• Compensation Range: In line with relevant industry benchmarks for Paterson grade.
