Dispatch Clerk
Role Summary:
Supports dispatch documentation, coordination, and customer service at the point of goods collection or shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare delivery notes and invoices.
Coordinate courier and customer collections.
Communicate delays and resolve dispatch issues.
Support packing and checking where needed.
Maintain the dispatch register and records.
Essential Requirements:
Admin and document handling skills.
Communication with logistics and customers.
Attention to detail.
Beneficial Requirements:
Dispatch or warehouse system knowledge.
Product familiarity for checking.
Work Environment & Compensation:
Location: Regional Office.
Travel Requirements: None.
Working Hours: Early start and customer peak periods.
Compensation Range: In line with relevant industry benchmarks for Paterson grade.
